Dana Pollack is the founder and CEO of one of the first ever online bakeries established in 2012 called Dana's Bakery (did I mention it's 100% gluten free)?  She is a published author with cookbook # 2 coming out this Fall. When Dana is not at the bakery she can be found running around with her daughters Leni & Ella or cooking in her magnificent kitchen.
 
Dana was an easy pick as one of our first Female Entrepreneurs for two reasons, she loves coffee as much as I do and what goes best with a cup of coffee... cookies of course!
